Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze assigned tasks, including videos and texts, to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Utilize a library of and follow resolution procedures accurately.
• Respond to emails in English and document escalations in Italian and/or English.
• Maintain quality and consistency through detailed adherence to training and protocols.

Requirements:

• Languages: Italian (minimum C1, validated via an online test) and English (minimum B2, validated via an online test).
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow established workflows.
• Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) within a 24/7 schedule.
• No prior professional experience required, but candidates must demonstrate adaptability and commitment during training and production.

What We Offer:

• Contract: Initial 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for renewal based on performance.
• Under Directiva (EU) 2023/970, the starting base salary for this position ranges from 1000€ to 1200€.
