• Manage and develop the finance team, promoting a high-performance culture based on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic partner to the business and the Group CFO, providing financial insight to support decision-making.
• Monitor and analyse key financial and operational KPIs, ensuring visibility of business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Consolidate financial information from multiple entities and prepare management reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and treasury activities, ensuring robust financial management and visibility of future funding requirements.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders, supporting financing needs and ensuring effective partnerships.
• Support and influence change management initiatives, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the business and its operating model.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies across all relevant jurisdictions.

Perfil ideal

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership position such as Finance Director, Head of Finance, Finance Manager, or equivalent.
• Strong background in financial management, business controlling, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Experience monitoring and analysing financial and operational KPIs to support business performance and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through periods of change, transformation, or organisational development.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to unite teams, build trust, and foster collaboration across functions.
• Hands-on and pragmatic approach, capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Experience working within multi-entity or international environments.
• Fluent English is essential, spanish is a plus.
• A leadership style combining structure and accountability, with a genuine commitment to supporting and developing teams.
