Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through multiple communication channels, ensuring a seamless and professional experience;
• Handle enquiries related to billing, payments, and account management processes;
• Diagnose and resolve account access issues and operational challenges;
• Guide and support users in effectively utilising digital platforms and tools;
• Deliver clear, timely, and solution-focused responses to customer enquiries;
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and continuously improve the customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset;
• Interest in technology and digital platforms;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
• Previous experience in customer support, customer service, operations, or related roles will be considered an advantage.
