What will you do? 🔹 Execute transactional procurement tasks quickly and efficiently; 🔹 Maintain and validate master data and price lists with precision; 🔹 Review the quality of requisitions, ensuring they comply with PR business rules, and collaborate with requisitioners to ensure procurement processes are followed; 🔹 Create and review purchase orders (POs), ensuring compliance with established buying channels (catalogs, contracts); 🔹 Be a key player in resolving PO management issues; 🔹 Manage the PO follow-up and confirmation process, ensuring timely execution; 🔹 Review and approve invoice discrepancies on Essity's invoice portal; 🔹 Maintain constant and proactive communication with manufacturing stakeholders. What we expect from you: ✅ Experience with SAP (S4, R3) – a plus! ✅ Background in procurement administration, accounts payable, or similar administrative/transactional roles; ✅ Fluent in English – for communication with international teams!
