What you'll do

• Provide B2C customer support for private customers, handling inbound calls;
• Assist customers with device issues, subscription problems, billing inquiries, and more;
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by being emphatetic, understanding, and helpful;
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products or services;
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred;
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Energetic, proactive, and sales-oriented mindset;
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
