• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems;
• Providing timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and processes;
• Ensuring the effective resolution of customer requests and issues;
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation within company systems;
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and best practices;
• Contributing to the achievement of individual and team objectives.

Perfil ideal

• Fluent Italian and English (mandatory);
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Administration, or a similar role;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities;
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
