Adecco Human Resources is currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Junior Accountant for one of our clients in the aviation industry. What will be your mission? ✅ Process and validate supplier invoices; ✅ Prepare invoices for payment; ✅ Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies; ✅ Review and validate employee expense reports; ✅ Support the management of the corporate travel platform and user accounts; ✅ Prepare travel and expense reports; ✅ Provide support to internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding payments and accounts payable topics; ✅ Maintain supplier account records and documentation; ✅ Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable, Finance and Procurement procedures; ✅ Contribute to process improvement initiatives. What will make you successful in this role? ✅ Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; ✅ Junior profile or previous experience in administrative accounting tasks; ✅ Ability to work with high volumes of invoices and data; ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ✅ Good organisational and time management skills; ✅ Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise tasks; ✅ Good communication and stakeholder management skills; ✅ Intermediate level of English (mandatory); ✅ Knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus.
