Manpower is recruiting a Dual language Customer Service Advisor to represent one of Europe’s largest online-only retail companies by delivering outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm. The advisor will assist end customers before, while and after purchase across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.

Your responsibilities
- Help customers with returns, complaints, vouchers and discount codes.
- Assist customers regarding shipping and delivery and also with questions to products on website;
- Aim to resolve issues by phone, email or chat;
- Answer payment and invoice queries;
- Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.

What we are looking for

- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Flemish;
- Knowledge in English (B2 level minimum);
- Solution focused with eye for detail and quality;
- Availability to work various shifts;
- Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
