A multinational company is looking for a Senior General Ledger Accountant to join their Shared Service Center.

Our client is a multinational company with their Shared Service Center in expansion.
Description
   » Support the implementation of the strategy for the department;
   » Accompany and ensure that the business plan is implemented in its operational area;
   » Monitor activity tracking KPIs and what is needed to improve these;
   » Identify and implement improvement processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and cost
   » Ensure that the central directives, policies and procedures are followed with by its team;
   » Evaluate and develop the skills and knowledge of the employees' team and ensure the follow-up of their work;
   » Support the operational team on issues of greater technicality and complexity.

Profile
   » Strong analytical and communication skills;
   » Good teamwork skills;
   » Customer oriented;
   » Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting;
   » 6 years experience in similar areas of business (preferably in a Shared Service);
   » Domain of MS Office tools, SAP or other ERP;
   » Fluent in English (written and spoken).
