Spring Professional is seeking for a Head of Accounting for PSA Bank (M/F) for our cliente that is an international group from the banking sector:

Mission:

-Establishment, Synthesis, analysis and the monthly reporting of financial accounts according to IFRS standards, respecting the group standards in place as well as supervisory organisations and auditors

-Establish the consolidation packages of the financial statements for both shareholders of the group

-Ensure the relation and communication with the local accounting services, internal and external auditors

-Liaise with systems maintenance department in case of incidents or necessary system evolutions

-Ensure collection of all necessary information needed from local accounting services in order to produce the monthly reporting packages

-Main entrance point for Heads of Accounting in the European countries

Qualifications and competence:

-8 years of experience in banking sector accounting

-Master Degree in Accounting

-Experience in Team Management,

-Fluent in English, French is advantage

-Strong knowledge of financial accounting concepts, IFRS, intercompany transactions, and experience with accounting research

-Excellent command with Excel and manipulating large data sets is a must

-Strong quantitative analysis skillset, with the ability to read, analyze, interpret and explain complex financial data

-Be a self-starter, have a positive attitude, maintain a solution-oriented work ethic

-Heavy emphasis on communication and being a team-player

-Motivated by new challenges, strive to be consistently learning and improving

-Ability to work dynamically with a variety of internal business partners

-SAP, Magnitude experience is helpful
