Principais responsabilidades
   » Work with the R&D team in product development and managing development projects
   » Planning and delivering several projects at the time
   » Follow a standard process, as defined by the PMI
   » Initiate the project　 and carry out planning - setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks　 in accordance with the needs of clients
   » Manage the project - including coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on time
   » Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project
   » Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
   » Implement any necessary changes throughout the process
   » Report regularly to management and the client
   » Close the project - including evaluating successes and challenges
   » Implementing best practices in　project execution and management
   » Optimizing and improving the process and the overall approach where necessary

Perfil desejado
* A degree in Engineering or other relevant scientific area;
* Formal training in PMI is required;
* Knowledge of Agile/ Scrum is appreciated;
* At least 3 years of Project Management experience, including indirect team leadership;
* Good level of English written and spoken;
* Technical knowledge related to chemistry, cosmetics, detergency is appreciated;
* Good written and verbal communication skills;
* Capacity to manage high stress situations;
* Strong organizational skills; ability to manage many tasks or projects in a fast-moving environment;
* Big-picture thinking and vision;
* Attention to detail;
* Conflict resolution skills.
