Your tasks:

Responsibility for windfarm construction management concerning:
•Driving the construction processes and organization to meet the project requirements;
•Control of quality, time and cost on the project site from planning to taking over;
•Report to the General Project Manager (GPM) on all aspects of the project site;
•Supporting the project team in contract & claim verifications;
•Continuous internal reporting to the project team;
•Coordination of internal and external subcontractors on the projects;
•Overall responsibility for Health & Safety requirements in conjunction with the Health and Safety Officer (HSO);
•Tracking and coordination of non-conformities rectification on the project.

Your Skills:
•University degree in civil engineering or similar;
•Experience in windfarm construction or civil engineering construction Works;
•Construction Site Management experience;
•Fluent in English. Additional foreign language is a benefit;
•Experience of IT tools, preferable SAP system knowledge;
•Good inter-personal skills;
•Project Management skills;
•Ability to think laterally in challenging solutions;
•Ability to negotiate and identify suitable compromises for win-win solutions;
•No restrictions for travelling, National and International;
