Linked to the Global Procurement Department and reporting to the Regional Procurement Manager, the SSC Team Leader main tasks are:

Your Tasks:

•Team coordination (recruitment, integration & training, management, appraisals, guidance on career evolution);
•KPI continuous definition, monitoring and reporting;
•Indirect procurement process standardization, optimization and improvement;
•Responsible for shared services purchasing with external business partners (keep an Operative role by managing support tasks for a certain material category);
•Responsible for the smooth transfer of tasks to the Shared Service Center, ensuring performance efficiency through a structured task arborescence and proper system tools;
•Verify that the purchasing requests are in compliance with ENERCON procurement guidelines and catalogues;
•Search for potential suppliers in local or selected foreign countries, either existing or new suppliers, support during the supplier screening and supplier selection process;
•Monitor and follow up on open orders, get suppliers order confirmation, ensure on-time deliveries, drive timely action and communication with both internal customers and suppliers, avoid future delays;
•Maintain ENERCON contract and catalogue solution for Strategic Procurement and support data maintenance for Global Procurement (Supplier, Contract, Info-records, source lists);
•Responsible for the Team contribution in regards of supplier performance analysis (mainly through selected suppliers evaluation).

Your Skills:

•Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related fields (mandatory);
•Membership of Global Procurement Institute such as CPS, ISM;
•Minimum 5 years’ experience on Purchasing;
•Minimum 3 years’ experience on Team management role (mandatory);
•Good Knowledge in IT Tools, Office and SAP;
•Good language skills in English, German as a plus;
•Internationally minded, used to multi -cultural environments;
•Service and result oriented;
•Availability for travelling.
